- What are the age and demographics of your ideal customer?
- What are these customers looking for? – Coupons, deals, advice, tutorials, how-to, inspiration, technical information, community and so on?
- How often are they online? Hourly, daily, weekly, only on the weekends, after the kids go to bed?
- Where do they go online – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google or Bing searches, or email?
- Do these customers do research online? Do they buy on or offline?
- Do your ideal customers belong to any existing community (online or off line) – book clubs, networking events, buying clubs, community-based groups, meet up groups, business groups, religious organization/church, or public service groups, or social media groups?
